Founded by commercial roofing veterans Joe Deane and Cole Pauley, Prism delivers re-roofing, repair, restoration, and roof asset management programs backed by manufacturer-certified installation and industry-leading warranty coverage. The founding team brings more than two decades of combined experience building and leading national commercial roofing organizations, with deep expertise spanning negotiated capital projects and large-loss insurance restoration.
Oakdale's investment provides the capital and institutional support to accelerate what Prism's team has already set in motion: expanding its sales and operations organization, deepening its technology-enabled estimating and project delivery platform, and extending its footprint into new regional markets; all while preserving the relationship-driven service model at the core of the company.
